Part II Architect - Mayo - 3+ years experience

This Mayo practice has a strong reputation for delivering high quality residential, mixed use, and educational projects. The practice considered design approach, and commitment to delivering projects to a high standard from concept through to completion. The practice is now seeking a talented Part II Architect to join the team.


Your new role

As a Part II Architect, you will be joining the team where you will get the opportunity to work with a group of creative individuals and a strong management team that will encourage and guide your experience through exposure to projects across multiple stages. You will support the delivery of projects from early concept and planning stages through to detailed design and construction information. In this role, you will also get the opportunity to be involved with a wide range of projects, including; leisure, commercial, educational and residential projects. Responsibilities will include design development, preparation of technical drawings, coordination with consultants, and assistance with planning and tender submissions. This role offers excellent exposure to varied projects and a clear path for professional development.


What you'll need to succeed

You will have a third level degree in Architecture and have a minimum of 3 or more years' of experience working on a wide range of projects. Experience and working knowledge of Irish planning, building regulations and guidelines. You must also be a fully proficient user of AutoCAD, 3d software, Photoshop and InDesign, and have strong graphic skills in general.
