Our client is an education provider that believes education goes beyond the classroom. It is nurtured by the connections, collaboration, and shared values of our broader community. They are now looking to hire an Admissions Coordinator to join the team on a temporary basis.

Your new role

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for students, and will have a hand in implementing a new admission system. The role also involves managing admissions and applications, coordinating school reports, assisting with day-to-day school operations, preparing documentation packs, and liaising with school departments, staff, and external parties.

What you'll need to succeed

The job requires 4+ years of experience in a busy administrative setting. Marketing experience desirable. The successful candidate will have a track record of working collaboratively with stakeholders. You will have experience leading or supporting efficiency and change management initiatives. You will have excellent knowledge of all relevant administrative systems (Microsoft Office) to ensure efficient and effective operation within this busy environment. The successful candidate will have strong time management and multitasking skills, and excellent organisational and planning skills. You will also have excellent adaptability, problem-solving, and communication skills.
