Your new role

As a Marketing Administrative Assistant, you will support the wider team with a variety of tasks, with a strong focus on managing and maintaining digital content and internal data. This is a great entry-level opportunity for a marketing graduate who enjoys both creative and administrative work.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Creating, editing and maintaining written content in line with company standards
  • Uploading and managing information across internal systems and websites
  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency of data and content
  • Working closely with different departments to gather and update information
  • Supporting reporting activities and assisting with ongoing projects
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team

What you'll need to succeed

  • A degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
  • Some administrative or placement experience (internship, part-time or graduate placement)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
