A leading global organisation with a strong presence in Ireland is seeking an Admin Assistant / Coordinator to join their dynamic team. Operating across multiple international locations, this company is known for delivering high-quality products and services across various categories including beverages, nutrition, and snacks. The role is based in Little Island and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting senior leadership.

Your new role

As the Administrator / Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative support to executive leaders within the supply chain function. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing calendars, travel arrangements (including visas), and expense reporting
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, VIP visits, and team events
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting documentation
  • Acting as a key point of contact for communications and logistics
  • Processing purchase requisitions and invoices using SAP
  • Supporting CSR initiatives and managing documentation workflows
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives in administrative processes
  • Handling ad hoc projects and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator, ideally supporting senior leaders within a multinational environment. You’ll be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with systems such as SAP or CORE. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with exceptional attention to detail. You’ll be adept at managing multiple diaries and competing priorities with professionalism and discretion. A proactive, self-starting attitude is key, as is the ability to work independently and anticipate needs. You’ll also demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset.
