Credit Controller / AR opportunity | Dublin 17 | Permanent | 45k

Your new company

A leading property management organisation is seeking a Credit Controller to join its finance team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in North Dublin, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and client-focused environment.


Your new role

As an AR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end to end billing, invoicing and collections across a designated portfolio. Your key duties will include:
  • Regular contact with residential and commercial tenants
  • Updating debtor comments and payment plans in Smart Sheets
  • Preparing accounts for legal action and debt recovery
  • Responding to client and property manager queries
  • Preparing monthly debtor reports and collection statistics
  • Liaising with on-site managers for MUD reply queries
  • Posting incoming bank payments and allocating cash
  • Assisting with monthly bank reconciliations
  • Setting up accounts for new owners
  • Supporting annual invoicing and billing of water consumption
  • General account and system administration

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar credit control role
  • Proven experience in consumer debt collection and high-volume collections
  • Strong skills in invoice processing and account reconciliation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Property sector experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach
