Your new role

• Prepare and issue rent, service charge invoices, and statements in accordance with varying billing cycles.
• Update daily rent trackers including receipts, arrears positions across multiple group companies.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Conduct consistent follow-up on overdue payments.
• Coordinate with property management team to capture all lease reviews, renewals, rent escalations, and tenant movements.
• Liaise with property managers and legal representatives regarding arrears, evictions, and debt recovery actions.
• Support month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable.
• Maintain organised records of transactions and correspondence for audit and reporting purposes.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years prior experience in accounts receivable, finance admin, accounting.
• Relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or business management (or equivalent experience).
• Organised, detail-oriented, tech-savvy and able to work independently.
• Strong experience with MS Office and cloud accounting software – Quickbooks and Sage (Essential).
• Experience within real estate, property management, or landlord operations is an advantage.
