6-month contract available for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. Oracle experience an advantage.

Your new company
A large Irish organisation that is growing expediently and offering excellent opportunities to jobseekers.

Your new role
Set up and track purchase orders and process all invoices associated with assigned projects.
Prepare and monitor contract payments, whilst liaising with Infrastructure Delivery Project Managers and Accounts Payable.
Work on own initiative to ensure all payments are made according to contracted dates.
Proven ability to create and develop good working relationships.
Provide support to the Delivery Functions, assisting project teams in tracking project budgets & schedules, and liaising with all to resolve queries.
Provide support in compiling inputs to monthly reports, and quarterly presentations.
Adopt a flexible approach to change and continuous improvement, ideally with process experience.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business, and external stakeholders, such as Suppliers.

What you'll need to succeed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong computer skills.
Experience on Oracle is an advantage.
