Accounts Assistant – Join a Leading Law Firm’s Finance Team – €35k - €40k – 12-month Contract

Your new role

As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll support key functions within the firm’s Finance department, working with the Thomson Reuters 3E accounting system. Your responsibilities will span expenses processing, accounts payable, banking, and financial reporting. You’ll manage daily bank reconciliations, vendor payments, expense claims, and contribute to month-end processes including accruals and audit preparation.


What you'll need to succeed

You’ll be an Accounting Technician with 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally in a financial control or high-volume environment. Strong Excel skills, double-entry bookkeeping knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines are essential. Experience with month-end processes and financial systems will be a strong advantage.
