They recently moved into a brand-new office in the middle of South Dublin and are now looking to fill it up with driven and eager employees. The role would be dealing in the tech industry, so an understanding of technology is an advantage but not necessary for the right candidate.

Your new role

This new role involves day-to-day general ledgers, reconciliation of month-end bank statements, accruals, prepayments, tax, VAT and more. You will be working in a close team with a clear idea of who is in charge of what, communicating with the team, other departments and third-party vendors. Communication is a big part of this role and would be key for a successful candidate.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will need to have a minimum of a year in an accounting role. An accounting qualification like an ATI or having a few ACCAs done is a requirement. Being advanced in Excel and accounting software such as SAGE will also be vital for any successful candidate. Strong verbal and written communication is important for this role, along with being able to work on tasks without supervision.
