Accounts Assistant - Part Time Temporary - Salary up to €40,000

Your new company

Your role is working within a small but impactful not for profit organisation in Dublin. You will be part of an accounts team that work with a charity that make a big difference. This role is part time - approx. 25 hours a week. It is initially a 12 week contract with a view to extension.

Your new role

In your new role, you will be responsible for maintaining records for all transactions, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, preparing budgets, input bank payments and bank reconciliations, support the preparation of audit files at year-end, provide information to auditors as required, and periodic internal audits where applicable and payroll.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful you will need 3+ years experience working in a busy finance environment. You will be comfortable with day to day bookkeeping duties as well as some stakeholder management. An accounting qualification such as ATI or IPASS would be of benefit but not essential. Experience working on Sage 50 would also be beneficial.
