We are working with a busy and growing transport company based in South Dublin who are looking to hire an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. This is a permanent, fully office-based role offering a salary between €35,000 and €40,000, depending on experience.

Your new role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day finance operations, including invoice processing, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with month-end tasks. You will also be involved in preparing reports, liaising with internal departments, and supporting the wider finance team as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered, you must have previous experience in a similar accounts role and be actively working towards a relevant accounting qualification. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and proficiency in accounting systems and Excel are essential. The company is looking for someone who is reliable, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
