Your new role

They are currently looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team to lead the development of the flexible services offering locally. The role will be at the forefront of service delivery to clients and will provide interim resourcing solutions to their internal practice groups.

Your responsibilities

• Support building a candidate pool in Ireland and identify/develop opportunities to promote the flexible services offering within their practice group, clients and the wider legal community in Ireland.
• Liaise with clients and candidates to match them to assignments
• Undertake assignment briefs and debriefs with clients
• Lead on assignment activities and implementing strategic resourcing plans agreed with the Account Directors.
• Prepare fee proposals
• Use internal and external resources to prepare candidates for their assignment
• Oversee compliance activity for assignments
• Take a lead role in fulfilment of best practice, driving consistency and quality of service in line with a market-leading reputation.
• Support on development projects including new client solutions, training programmes and technology.
• Support for business development activity across the Irish market
• Collaborating with internal colleagues

What you'll need to succeed

• Recruitment experience. Legal recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
