Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Analyst – €34,000–€38,000 (Up to €40,000 DOE) | Hybrid |

Your new company

Join a dynamic and growing financial services organisation committed to regulatory excellence and strong compliance standards. You'll become part of a relatively new, close-knit AML team of four professionals in a collaborative and supportive work environment. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Your new role

As an AML Analyst with approximately 2 years’ experience, you’ll be expected to hit the ground running. You will support the team in client data verification, due diligence, KYC documentation reviews, and customer risk assessments. A key part of your role will be identifying suspicious activity and ensuring all AML processes align with regulatory and internal standards.

You’ll collaborate with business units and compliance colleagues to advise on KYC requirements and help streamline onboarding and periodic reviews. The first 3–4 weeks will involve more time onsite for training before transitioning to a hybrid model.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Circa 2 years’ AML/KYC experience, preferably within financial services
  • Strong knowledge of AML/KYC regulatory requirements and operational processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Motivated, professional, and capable of thriving under pressure

What you'll get in return

  • Competitive Salary: €34,000–€38,000 per annum, with the potential to reach €40,000 for exceptional candidates.
  • Hybrid Working Model: Enjoy a balance of office and remote work, with 2 days in the office per week.
  • Training and Development: Initial 3–4 weeks of onsite training to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the team.
  • Career Progression: Opportunity for contract extension or transition to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
  • Supportive Team Environment: Collaborate with a dedicated and experienced team, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
