• Ability to operate in agile, tribe‑based delivery models while maintaining disciplined oversight.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills across Business, Technology and Operations.
• Confidence managing budgets, forecasts and benefits tracking.
• Experience driving business readiness and ensuring audit‑ready quality standards.
• Ability to work at pace, manage ambiguity and maintain delivery momentum.
