Your new company
Your new company is a busy and dynamic organisation that specialises in providing support to contact centres across Ireland. A market leader based conveniently in South Dublin with fantastic public transport links from the City Centre and beyond. Your new company is looking for a new Human Resources People Partner to engage with stakeholders across the business and ensure strong foundations for relationships between the HR department and all employees.
Your new role
In your new role as Human Resources People Partner, you will be working with your team to advise and coach on people-related issues, insuring all policies and procedures are followed and implemented. You will work with a variety of stakeholders in the business, including senior management, in supporting the wider business projects. You will assist in the development of and implementation of new policies and procedures as the need arises, while supporting the management of HR KPIs, onboarding and offboarding of employees as well as maintaining CSR relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have relevant experience in a human resources, recruitment or related field. You will have a positive attitude, be resilient and be looking for a role where you can continue to upskill yourself. You will be comfortable working in busy and dynamic environments and being a part of a team. You will hold a relevant qualification such as a CIPD and have a strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and policies.
