Onboarding Coordinator |Mullingar | 6-month Assignment| €36,000-€40,000 DOE | Semi-State

Your new company

As Onboarding Coordinator, you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland. Your new office is conveniently located in Mullingar town and offers a hybrid working model; 2 days in the office, 3 at home. Your new company requires you to join their team for 6 months.

Your new role

As Onboarding Coordinator, your duties will include but are not limited to coordinating and scheduling all relevant onboarding activities; collaborating with Regional Recruitment and Training Coordinators, HR and Hiring Managers to gather the necessary information and materials for onboarding; providing ongoing support and guidance to new hires, acting as a key point of contact to ensure all queries / concerns are addressed appropriately; responsible for Issuing New Joiner Pack; maintaining accurate records and reports related to onboarding activities; ensuring all necessary paperwork, documentation, and systems access are completed accurately and in a timely manner; responsible for placing orders for both IT equipment and PPE; coordinating with L&D to schedule any outstanding training; PowerPoint creation and all general administrative duties.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar recruitment/onboarding administrative role. Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. Proficiency using MS Suite, including Excel & PowerPoint is essential. A keen eye for detail and multitasking is essential to meet tight deadlines.
