As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of our upcoming projects.


Your new role

As a Site Engineer, you will be a key member of the project delivery team, responsible for ensuring that construction activities are carried out accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications and safety standards. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and site operatives to ensure smooth day-to-day operations on site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set out, level, and survey the site using appropriate instruments and tools.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide construction activities.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to coordinate site activities.
  • Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate site records and documentation.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and implementing practical solutions on site.
  • Support the project manager in planning and resource allocation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a site engineering role within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in surveying equipment and software (e.g., Total Station, AutoCAD).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
