Your new role

• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the coordination of all building services activities between the construction team.
• You will be responsible for managing the M&E Contractors' installation, testing and commissioning of both mechanical and electrical services.
• You will chair meetings, liaise with consultants, ensure all RFI's are dealt with etc.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will hold a third level qualification or a trade qualification in the mechanical or electrical sector.
• You will come with management experience in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering.
• Candidates from a consultancy, building contractor or M&E Contractor will be considered for the role.
