Your new role

As a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering critical Card Systems change projects. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple concurrent initiatives, from business case development to implementation, while ensuring alignment with project management standards. Your work will span across areas such as Authorisations, Chip Card settings, Settlements, and Fraud. You’ll also act as a business test resource when required and collaborate closely with internal teams and third-party stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management and business analysis.
• Proven expertise in systems design, technical architecture, and functional specification.
• Strong background in the Cards Business, particularly in Authorisations, Chip Card settings, Settlements, and Fraud.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A 3rd level degree or PM qualification (preferred).
• The ability to manage stakeholders effectively and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
