Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project delivery—from planning through execution—ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

• Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Resource Management: Allocate and manage personnel and financial resources.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Progress Monitoring: Track milestones, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively address challenges and roadblocks.
• Reporting: Deliver regular updates and documentation to stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the banking or financial services sector (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of loan products and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
