Your new role
- ·Support the organisation of the Value Management Committee governance meetings, attendees, agenda pack and minutes, ensuring papers are communicated in a timely manner and business cases adhere to the VMC requirements in order to be presented for approval to the committee.
- ·Provide focused details such as spend, budget, framework and commitments ensuring adherence to the Delegated Expenditure Authority Limit policy and VMC term of reference.
What you'll need to succeed
- Actively engage with project/programme stakeholders such as Portfolio Directors, Project Managers, Programme Lead and Senior Business Sponsors to ensure clear communication on the VMC requirements, process for approval and outcome/actions.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
