One of Ireland’s largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial and related services, is currently seeking an FSG Performance management to work within Sandyford.
Your new role
The FSG Performance Management Team is a multi-functional team that deliver operational and third-party stakeholder management services supporting the wider FSG Business units in a simple and efficient manner.
The role is to be part of dynamic fast paced team, with responsibility to work within guidelines to achieve agreed daily targets, ensuring information is complete, accurate and readily available.
The successful candidate should be a highly organised, motivated, energised & proactive individual capable of working on own initiative within a team structure and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

What you'll need to succeed
- SharePoint and Excel experience is preferable.
- Ability to conducts analysis and research on the Intranet.
- Maintain a clear focus on agreed goals to achieve expected results.
- Self-starter with ability to work on own initiative with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence to interact with all levels of management on a regular basis.
- Understand the need to provide the highest quality customer service, deliver to customer expectations and act with total integrity.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to actively participate and contribute to a team.
- Capability to resolve queries and requests concerning well-defined policies and procedures in relation to SharePoint.
