Your new role

This role is crucial to the financial operations, where you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Management of a small finance team and overseeing all day-to-day financial activities of the business.
• Monthly journal upkeep.
• Production of weekly KPIs.
• Strategic input to the management team and identification of cost-saving opportunities.
• Weekly payroll.
• Annual audit and liaising with tax advisers.
• Cash flow management.
• Oversee product costings and advise on commercials.
• Annual plan review and recommendations.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

• Fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA) with at least 4 years of experience.
• Strong skills in balance sheets, Excel, SAP, and Sage.
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of pricing, margins, and overall business operations.
• Self-starter with excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
