In your new role as Head of Project Management, you will bring your leadership and organisational skills to the service of an iconic Irish Company committed to increasing sustainability and reducing your carbon footprint.
You will need to have strong and demonstrated Project Management expertise, of minimum 10 years, working within energy, renewables or related sectors. You will need to bring strong financial and commercial acumen, with budget accountability experience.

You will be working for an iconic Irish company based in Kildare, committed to the reduction of carbon footprint and in support of Ireland's sustainability targets.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to bring:
- Experience establishing and leading the PMO function, aligning with company goals and implementing scalable project delivery frameworks.
- Ability to oversee the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring robust planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
- You will need to have a track record of developing and managing long-term programmes, budgets, monitoring expenditures, and maintaining integrated resource plans.
- You will have to demonstrate experience of acting as the POC with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and governance.
- You will need to be skilled at building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing PMO team, fostering a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Previous experience defining and managing KPIs for project delivery and providing regular reports to senior executives and governance bodies is required.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related discipline; professional certification (e.g., PMP, MSP, PRINCE2) desirable
- Minimum 10+ years in project and programme management within the energy or infrastructure sectors, with proven leadership and budget management experience.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and quality in all project activities.
