What you'll need to succeed

• Lead and support the technical team
• Job-led role on various projects
• Leading and coordinating layouts and generating tender and construction documentation.
• Developing sketch/conceptual designs under senior guidance.
• Leading BIM/Revit projects through the detailed design stages.
• Demonstrating strengths post-planning through technical packages, coordination, delivery, and on-site project stages.
• Excelling with technical drawings, specifications, and schedules using Revit, aligning with project standards and schedules.
• Ensuring all designs adhere to standards and are constructible.
• Collaborating with the Project Manager/Contract Administrator and conducting site visits to provide construction and technical support.
