Your new company

This Irish company have grown hugely over the past years and are seeking to expand their finance team. Based in Portmarnock, the office has ample parking. This company operate within the service industry and work with a variety of international clients. This role is 4 days per week, and is based 50% on-site and 50% from home. Flexible working hours available.

Your new role

You will be tasked with duties such as

• Billing - end-to-end billing process ownership for external clients, including issuing invoices, assisting with queries and ensuring accurate and timely billing in all cases
• Month-end accounts production to review
• VT and other tx returns
• Budget preparation
• Cashflow management
• Assist with revenue growth forecasting
• Reconciliations
• Chasing overdue payments
• Accounts payable and more

What you'll need to succeed

• You will be a part qualified / finalist level ACCA / CIMA or similar

• You must have at least 7 years' experience working in a similar role.

• Strong analytical and forward-thinking mind
• Given your debtors and clients are international, English must be fluent and comfortable, both verbally speaking and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
• Keen business understanding and passion for growth and development

What you'll get in return

You will be offered a competitive salary of up to €60,000 pro rata (up to €48,000 take home based on a 4-day working week). This role also offers pension, bonus and healthcare assistance. If you are studying, there is also educational assistance, though it is preferred the new hire will be at finalist level with 3 or less exams remaining. This role offers a huge amount of flexibility for the right candidate, with 50% working from home, flexible working hours and a 4-day working week.
