This candidate has a proven ability in managing concurrent projects in varying process stages, from Donegal to Dublin and Kerry to Waterford. He has strong experience in planning projects in terms of plant, materials and labour, and record keeping of all on-site documentation.
He has worked within Quality Frameworks/ISO 9001, and has strong experience in site setting out/use of total stations systems. On his most recent project, which was the construction of electrical substations on wind-farm developments, his duties included site setting out, using total stations systems, interpreting co-ordinates of Autocad drawings, as well as all on-site document control such as method statements, hot work permits, work permits, risk assessments, manual handling certs etc.
He has also worked on the estimating for concrete contracts, and has worked on four waste transfer station building works, and various projects such as St James Hospital, Dublin, the Guinness Brewery, St. James’s Gate Brewery, and office refurbishment works.
He is immediately available, and is looking for opportunities in the Munster region on a temporary or permanent basis.
