Hays Global Skills IndexA HR professional who holds BA (Arts) in Psychology, a Masters in Management and a CIPD Diploma in HRM. This candidate has over four years’ experience working in a commercial, fast paced environment, managing & dealing with all HR tasks.
Initially starting in a coordination role, their work ethic and foresight enabled them to develop the HR platform and in turn their career with the organisation, and then progressed into a management role in 2015. Since joining, the headcount has increased from 90 to 120. They have developed a performance management system and implemented across the organisation, created a job/reward structure for the company, created training and personal development plans for all levels as well as putting all policies and procedures in place for a greenfield HR set up.
