Here they were brought in on a contract to shrink the inventory, which they successfully accomplished. Realising their potential they were extended to look after logistics and made permanent. Since then this candidate progressed continuously into a senior global operations director role. They project managed and implemented multi-million dollar projects for global clients, resulting in strong business growth. They also consolidated and optimised Point of Presence (POP’s) and Colocation (Colo) costs, ensuring continuation and enhancement of services for the end user and cost saving benefits for the company. Prior to this role, this candidate provided consulting services to develop, organise and manage start-up ventures, individual, small to medium sized organisations and large corporations. Overall they have excellent experience with SLA’s, vendor management and has dealt with 3PL & 4PL providers. A collaborative communicator with proven skills for conflict resolution while maintaining a positive customer service experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and MRPII.
