CSV/MES & Automation Project Manager

A very impressive Senior Project Manager with extensive expertise partaking and leading business critical System, IT and Automation projects within the Life Science sector in Ireland. Now seeking to utilise their impressive experience and develop their career further in the Cork region.

This outstanding candidate has extensive experience delivering several multi-million Euro projects across ERP, MES and Automation Systems from initial business requirements, through to final completion and handover. They have led multi-disciplined teams at some of the worlds leading Life Science groups, including Bio-Pharma, Pharma and Medical Devices organisations.

Some key projects/experience includes:

- Delivering ERP SAP upgrade to add new manufacturing suites, warehouse and distribution from initial requirements through to implementation, as part of $350million Bio-Pharma expansion project

- Delivered key system integration from ERP - MES/EDMS - Automation Systems for new and existing manufacturing plants

- Automation Project Manager overseeing the development, management of program and reporting to key stakeholders over a $21million IS budget within Aseptic Filling Site

- CSV Manager involved in full life cycle from product scoping and selection through to full integration of a wide range of products across ERP, CMMA, LIMS, and QMS.

- CSV Engineering roles have included the full commissioning and validation for a number of automation projects (DeltaV DCS, SCADA iFix and Siemens PLC's) within Bio-Pharma manufacturing sites

- MES roles have involved technically managing the rollout of MES and EDMS projects across various Pharma, Med Devices and Bio-Pharma sites

- A selection of key systems experience includes - Emerson DeltaV, SAP, Siemens S7 300, 400, 1200, MS-SQL, Camstar v5.x, Werum, GE Fanuc iFix, OSI PI Server and Automsoft

Overall this highly impressive and experience Senior Project Manager has a diverse and in-depth range of experience across MES, CSV, Automation, IT and System related projects with superb exposure to the full manufacturing life cycle within GMP regulated sites and excellent Project Management experience.
