Your new company

Your new company provides market-leading car finance solutions across Ireland. They offer a wide variety of finance, leasing and servicing products. This is a two-year fixed-term contract based in Dublin West.


Your new role

Your new role as a Call Centre Agent/Administrator will be based within the Retail operations Department on a two-year fixed-term contract basis.


Your responsibilities
  • Providing high quality customer service through call centre handling.
  • Identifying customer needs, handling queries and providing resolutions in line with policy and procedures in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining our customer portfolio across a variety of administrative duties.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 1+ year's experience in a call centre environment (required)

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.

  • Outstanding attention to detail.

  • Strong customer service ethos. Demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed our customer and dealer expectations and service levels.

  • Ability to work across multiple customer service channels to meet customer needs.

  • Strong numerical competence.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office with particular emphasis on Excel.

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
