Your new company provides market-leading car finance solutions across Ireland. They offer a wide variety of finance, leasing and servicing products. This is a two-year fixed-term contract based in Dublin West.
Your new role
Your new role as a Call Centre Agent/Administrator will be based within the Retail operations Department on a two-year fixed-term contract basis.
Your responsibilities
- Providing high quality customer service through call centre handling.
- Identifying customer needs, handling queries and providing resolutions in line with policy and procedures in a timely manner.
- Maintaining our customer portfolio across a variety of administrative duties.
What you'll need to succeed
1+ year's experience in a call centre environment (required)
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Strong customer service ethos. Demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed our customer and dealer expectations and service levels.
Ability to work across multiple customer service channels to meet customer needs.
Strong numerical competence.
Working knowledge of MS Office with particular emphasis on Excel.
Fluent English (written and spoken)
