Your new company
As EA, you will join a professional team in a public sector organisation located in the heart of Dublin City. Your new office is easily accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a 6-month basis with a view to extension and permanency. You will have a hybrid working model.
Your new role
As EA, you will provide direct support to a member of the senior management team. Your duties will include but are not limited to managing correspondences, coordinating meetings, minuting, diary management, fielding and directing queries and requests from both external and internal sources, travel management, stakeholder management and all general secretarial support that falls into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar executive support administrative role; previous Public Sector experience is advantageous but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work on a broad range of tasks and prioritise your workload is essential. You will also have proficiency using MS Office; previous database management experience would be beneficial. A keen eye for detail and strong organisation skills are essential. Demonstrated judgement and discretion in handling sensitive information and situations is essential. Strong minute-taking skills are necessary.
With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar administrative position with proficient executive support administrative skills, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
