Your new role
As Executive Assistant, you’ll support the team by coordinating investment-related activities, managing communications, and delivering high-quality administrative and project support. Your work will directly contribute to initiatives that promote innovation, sustainability, and long-term investment in the region.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating regional business development engagements and itineraries.
  • Supporting green and digital transformation projects.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
  • Managing CRM systems and generating performance reports.
  • Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and regional institutions to promote growth.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll bring a proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for regional development. Key qualifications and skills include:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, project coordination, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
  • A third-level qualification is desirable; interest in further education is an advantage.
  • A full, clean driving licence and flexibility to travel and work outside normal hours.
