HR & Payroll Co-Ordinator – Up to €45k DOE - Hybrid - Dublin City

Your new role

As Payroll & HR Coordinator, you will join the People Operations team on a permanent basis, supporting end‑to‑end payroll delivery while also providing high‑quality HR administrative support across the employee life cycle. This is a hands‑on, varied role ideally suited to someone with strong Irish payroll experience who is looking to further develop their career across both payroll and HR functions.


Responsibilities:

  • End‑to‑end administration of Irish monthly payroll in collaboration with an external payroll provider.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all payroll‑related queries
  • Administration of company benefits in line with internal policies
  • Supporting internal and external audits requiring People Operations input
  • Preparing and maintaining People Operations reports for multiple stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate employee records on the HRIS
  • Managing purchasing activities for the People Operations team, including purchase orders and liaison with Finance
  • Providing timely and professional support via the People Operations mailbox
  • Acting as custodian of HR documentation and supporting compliance activities
  • Collaborating closely with People Operations and Finance colleagues
  • Supporting additional People Operations projects and initiatives as required



What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Irish payroll administration (in‑house or outsourced)
  • IPASS Payroll Technician qualification (Essential*)
  • Experience providing HR administration support
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy when handling sensitive data
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability
  • High level of discretion, integrity and professionalism
Desirable (but not essential):
  • Experience using HRIS platforms (e.g. BambooHR)
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint
  • Experience supporting EU‑funded projects or complex reporting
