We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to join their business on a full-time basis. The main responsibilities of the Country Manager (Ireland) are to oversee and manage the sales team, support the independent network and provide finance and insurance solutions to meet the needs of the customers. Working closely with the importer, you are tasked with creating strong business relationships with the management team, providing support for and increasing the sales of new and used vehicles across the independent network. You will undertake risk management activities ensuring that our client's position in Ireland is protected and to take steps to rectify any areas of concern. You will adhere to the strict lawful and ethical standards expected and discharge all responsibilities in accordance with rules, guidelines, financial policies and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant higher education or equivalent work experience

• Relevant business knowledge and experience in a similar role

• Extensive managerial and leadership experience, preferably in the financial services or commercial vehicle industry

• Experience from a position with a large number of direct reports with a P&L responsibility

• Fluent in English
