Operations Administrator - 12-month contract - Fully Onsite - Limerick
Your new company
Would you like to work for one of Ireland’s leading banks? You will be working as an Operations Administrator with one of the country’s leading commercial businesses offering a range of corporate and personal banking services. This role is based in Limerick city and is fully onsite 5 days a week.
Your new role
- Generate holding letters for the full team on a daily basis using the letter automation system.
- Liaise with Complaint Handlers to ensure that the complaint is not closing on the same day as the letter, to avoid crossover.
- Ensure all details are correct in the letters that are being sent out.
- Keep Sharepoint up to date.
- Print letters on the correct headline paper for each team and issue them by the correct date, to ensure that no breaches occur.
- Scan a copy of the signed letter and save to the customer folder.
- Place all letters in envelopes, keeping count on numbers to ensure they tally with the amount generated.
- Monitor central printing mailbox to answer queries and print ad hoc letters from the wider team.
