Your new role

• Perform weekly bank reconciliations across assigned accounts
• Update bank nominal ledger entries daily
• Maintain and update associated financial spreadsheets
• Prepare and process daily lodgements
• Post accounts payable invoices (approx. 100 monthly) for multiple divisions
• Generate and issue daily sales invoices across divisions
• Liaise with customers to obtain purchase orders as required
• Compile and report weekly statistics for two business units
• Prepare weekly profitability analysis reports

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a similar fast-paced accounts role (2-3 years preferred)
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
• “Can-do” attitude and solution-focused mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working independently or in a team
