Your new role

• Support the delivery of the three-year planning process.
• Contribute to the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide performance reporting and commercial insights.
• Analyse key business drivers and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Support the ongoing enhancement of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Provide analytical and decision support to senior finance leadership.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects through data analysis and commercial insight.
• Communicate financial performance, trends, and risks clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist with the development of financial models and forecasting tools.

What you'll need to succeed

• Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
• 5+ years' experience in a senior finance, commercial finance, FP&A, or analytical role.
• Strong financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
• Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and business partnering capability.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Project and change management experience is advantageous.
• A strong systems mindset; experience with planning tools such as Anaplan would be beneficial.
• Retail, FMCG, or consumer-facing industry experience is an advantage.
