Your new role
As FP&A Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis activities. Working closely with senior finance leaders and key stakeholders across the organisation, you will provide meaningful insights that influence decision-making and support the achievement of commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the three-year planning process.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide performance reporting and commercial insights.
- Analyse key business drivers and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Support the ongoing enhancement of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Provide analytical and decision support to senior finance leadership.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects through data analysis and commercial insight.
- Communicate financial performance, trends, and risks clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist with the development of financial models and forecasting tools.
What you'll need to succeed
- Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
- 5+ years' experience in a senior finance, commercial finance, FP&A, or analytical role.
- Strong financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and business partnering capability.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Project and change management experience is advantageous.
- A strong systems mindset; experience with planning tools such as Anaplan would be beneficial.
- Retail, FMCG, or consumer-facing industry experience is an advantage.
