Your new role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for technology teams, partnering with senior stakeholders to attract and hire top-tier talent across software engineering, cloud infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity. This is a fast-paced, strategic role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and understands the nuances of technical hiring.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally in financial services or tech consulting
• Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., Java, AWS, DevOps, API design, cloud platforms)
• Proven success in sourcing and closing senior-level candidates
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with ATS platforms and data-driven recruitment strategies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions
