What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll need proven experience as an SHE Advisor within the construction sector, ideally on large-scale commercial or hospitality projects. A strong understanding of Irish health and safety legislation is essential, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. You should hold a NEBOSH certificate or equivalent qualification and be confident managing multiple sites simultaneously. Beyond technical expertise, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, solutions-focused, and passionate about driving a positive safety culture.
