Your new role

• Processing weekly payroll for one division and monthly payroll for another
• Uploading pension payments and managing payroll-related benefits
• Maintaining accurate employee payroll files
• Tracking company vehicles and BIK for drivers
• Liaising with external payroll provider
• Ensuring compliance and attention to detail across all payroll activities

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience managing payroll
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with Iris HR or similar systems
• IPASS qualification or equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to liaise confidently with external providers and internal HR/Finance teams
• A proactive, organised approach to problem-solving and process improvement
