Project Manager – Civil Infrastructure - Dublin Airport

Our client is a leading Irish civil engineering and infrastructure contractor with a strong track record of delivering large-scale public and private sector projects across Ireland. With a reputation for excellence in safety, quality, and project delivery, they are currently undertaking a major landside airport infrastructure development and are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to join their growing team.
Your New Role
As Civil Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a high-profile landside airport project. You will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing site operations from commencement through to project completion.
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and design consultants.
- Developing and monitoring project programmes and resource plans.
- Managing project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Leading project meetings and providing regular progress reports to senior management.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and resolving technical challenges.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years' experience managing civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale civil works projects.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and contract administration skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in airport, transportation, road, utilities, or heavy civil infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
- Full driving licence.
