SAP Solutions Delivery Lead / Architect – Shannon (Hybrid)
Global Engineering & Industrial Technology Organisation
A growing global manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced SAP Expert to lead enterprise‑wide SAP design across multiple international business units. This is a key role supporting major digital transformation programmes, including S/4HANA deployment, global template rollout, and upcoming M&A integrations.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead SAP solution delivery across S/4HANA, BTP, MM, SD, WMS, Analytics/BW/4HANA, EWM/TM, Ariba and integrated platforms with trusted partners.
- Participate in end‑to‑end process design across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance & Commercial
- Own integration strategy (SAP Integration Suite, APIs, event-driven architecture)
- Govern data models, analytics strategy, and data migration
- Ensure security, compliance, and solution quality
- Partner with business leaders and System Integration partners to deliver scalable, global solutions
- Support operational readiness, cutover, hyper-care, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of SAP experience in complex, global manufacturing environments
- Strong S/4HANA experience (full lifecycle preferred)
- Expertise in at least two SAP domains (MM/PP, SD, FI/CO, EWM/TM, Ariba, BW/4HANA, MDG, BTP)
- Proven track record integrating SAP with MES/PLM/WMS/CRM
- Strong communicator able to influence at senior levels
- Experience working with global teams and system integrators
Nice to Have
- SAP certifications
- Experience with M&A integrations and global template rollouts
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, ITAR, DFARS, CMMC)
