Management/Financial Accountant Job - Dublin City - Professional Services - Hybrid Working

Their main client base are fintech companies, as well as some healthcare and semi-state clients. Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery and Client Manager, you will be primarily responsible for producing monthly management accounts and variance analysis reporting for a portfolio of clients, but will also offer the opportunity to get involved in different projects such as system implementations, M&A projects, due diligence, assisting pitch for funding for high growth startups.
Your tasks and duties will mainly include management reporting, preparation of monthly management accounts and year end accounts, preparing corporation tax returns and assisting with forecasting and budgeting - this could include preparing annual budgets, preparing cashflow and revising budgets as a result and reporting on any variances.
You will also carry out KPI reporting, analysis on financial performance and will be required to convey these insights to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
In terms of stakeholder engagement, this role will liaise with internal team members, senior management and external clients and their management.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a fully qualified accountant with a minimum of 2 years' PQE. A practice trained accountant with ample experience producing management accounts would be ideal for this role, but candidates from industry with strong financial accounting experience will also be a great fit for this role.
You will need to be an ambitious accountant who wants to build a career here long-term and progress their career.
Experience liaising with clients/external stakeholders is advantageous.
Knowledge of SAP, Sage and Xero is advantageous.
What you'll get in return
You will be rewarded with a salary of €55,000 - €60,000, with flex to €65,000 for the right candidate as well as benefits such as full private medical cover, annual salary reviews every September, professional accountancy membership fees paid, discretionary Bonus (up to 10%), gym membership up to €500 per annum and 21 days annual leave increasing with service - loyalty leave up to 25 days per year.
