Diverse Tax role for a Qualified Accountant with a leading Irish company
Leading Irish organisation with a national remit require an experienced Tax Specialist to join their group reporting team
A stand-alone role, reporting to the Group Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the management of the organisation’s tax activities to include compliance and reporting
You will also support the organisation on various projects
Key Tasks will include:
- To develop an understanding of all the taxation requirements for the Group
- Ensure compliance under all relevant tax areas
- Provide tax support for funding requirements
- Liaison with Revenue Commissioners, Tax advisers and Auditors (internal & external)
- Assist the broader business with project and compliance reporting
- Assist with year-end and budgetary processes
Ideally, you will be a practice trained Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA) with 5 years+ pqe and strong corporation tax, tax compliance and VAT/RTC experience gained in industry
You do not have to have a tax qualification, experience is more important. Excellent analytical, reporting and IT skills are essential
Salary €75K-€90K (depending on experience)
