Relief Social Care and Support Work roles across Leinster!

Your new company

By working in partnership with all stakeholders, they have a vision of supporting Service Users to live their most fulfilling lives. Your new role

In your new role as a Relief Social Care or Support Worker, you will work directly with children and families of different backgrounds, including but not limited to: disability, mental health, addiction, homelessness, youth work, both residential and emergency accommodation.

You will support people with a variety of needs and offer the highest quality of care.

Your new role also requires administrative duties and responsibilities. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues and line manager to implement placement plan objectives, ensuring service users receive the agreed quality and quantity of services.


What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in your new Relief Social Care or Support Worker you will have

  • A minimum Level 5 Qualification in Social Care or related field
  • Flexibility in work hours
  • Knowledge of relevant Social Policy legislation
  • A calm, welcoming and patient attitude
  • A passion for working with children and adolescents
  • Having a full driving licence is beneficial.
