Clinic Coordinator - Civil Service

Your new role
As a Clinic Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. Working 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM), your responsibilities will include:
- Managing appointment scheduling and patient queries
- Coordinating with healthcare professionals and administrative teams
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies
- Supporting the delivery of efficient and patient-focused services
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in administration or healthcare coordination
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with healthcare systems (desirable)
