Your new role

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee subcontractors, coordinate trades, and liaise closely with project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all on-site activities from groundworks through to completion

• Ensuring adherence to programme timelines and project milestones

• Coordinating subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers

• Driving health & safety compliance and maintaining site records

• Monitoring quality standards and ensuring works meet specifications and regulations

• Reporting progress to senior management and attending site meetings

• Identifying and resolving any issues that may impact project delivery

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential and/or commercial projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and site management best practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme timelines
Strong focus on health & safety compliance
Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a trade background
Safe Pass and up-to-date relevant site certifications
