Site Supervisor – Water & Civil Infrastructure – Westmeath / Longford Locations

Your New Role & Responsibilities:

This Site Supervisor position will involve overseeing infrastructure and utilities works. Roles are available in Westmeath and Longford. The work will focus on water, wastewater, and general civil infrastructure delivery. This role is likely paid on an hourly‑rate basis, ensuring you are compensated for every hour worked on site.


Selection of Duties:

  • Lead on‑site teams to maintain productivity and quality
  • Plan and sequence daily activities to support smooth project delivery
  • Identify operational issues early and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards
  • Maintain accurate site records and documentation
  • Oversee groundworks and civil engineering operations
  • Support delivery of utilities and infrastructure works
  • Liaise with project management on resource needs, risks, and scheduling


What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in civil engineering
  • Strong background in water, wastewater, or heavy civils projects
  • Up‑to‑date industry training and relevant certifications
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work across multiple project locations
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and efficient site delivery

  • Your placement within these ranges will depend on your experience level and the value you bring to the team.
