Your new role


This Site Supervisor role will involve overseeing civil engineering and utilities works on Dublin‑based projects. The position focusses on water, wastewater and general civil delivery, supporting day‑to‑day site operations and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.
This role is typically paid on an hourly basis, ensuring full compensation for all hours worked on site.


What you'll need to succeed


  • Lead site crews to maintain productivity, quality and safe working practices
  • Plan and sequence daily activities to support smooth project delivery
  • Identify operational issues early and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Maintain accurate site records, reports and documentation
  • Oversee groundworks, utilities and general civil engineering operations
  • Support delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure works
  • Liaise with project management on resources, risks and scheduling

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in civil engineering
  • Strong background in water, wastewater or heavy civils projects
  • Up‑to‑date industry training and relevant certifications
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work across multiple project locations in Dublin
  • Commitment to safety, quality and efficient site delivery
