Legal Secretary – Up to €45,000 DOE - Dublin 2
Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well‑established, fast‑growing full‑service law firm based in Dublin. You will play a key role in supporting senior legal professionals while working in a collaborative, high‑performing environment. This is a fully onsite role, Monday to Friday.
Your responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including document drafting, diary management, and general legal administration (scanning, printing, photocopying).
- Manage the full lifecycle of legal files using the firm’s case management system.
- Prepare documents, materials, and information for internal and client meetings.
- Liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and requests professionally.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Produce documents with accuracy and efficiency, collaborating with document specialists when required.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries for senior stakeholders.
- Process time records and expense submissions.
- Greet and liaise with clients and visitors in a polished and professional manner.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3–5+ years’ experience as a legal secretary.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders within a legal environment.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to work with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- A proactive, solution‑focused approach to work.
- A positive, can‑do mindset, even under pressure.
