Your new role
- General administration duties (letters, insurance policies, post, stationary and grocery orders, travel)
- Dealing with couriers/freight
- Working through Salesforce to maintain customer database
- General office presentation
- Marketing administration support
- Ad hoc items
- Populating quotes to support sales
- PA tasks for company directors
- Report Generation from Salesforce
- Logging calls and sales leads
- Meet and Greet
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong People Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal abilities
- Organisational Skills: High attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
- Fluent English speaker and permission to work full-time in Ireland
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to use initiative and work under pressure
- Ability to hit the ground running and to work in a busy environment
